What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect? If your package arrives with an incorrect or missing item, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo of the item received (file size under 1MB). Once confirmed, we will typically arrange for the correct item to be sent at no extra cost. In most cases, returning the incorrect product is not required.

Can I change my order after placing it? Order modifications (address updates or product changes) may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order was placed. Requests submitted after this window may not be possible, as the order may have already entered the shipping phase.
